To make children eat nutritious food is a big task, but this is very easy if we give them something to eat which they like and which is nutritious and healthy.
One of the kids’ favourite dish is bread jam. And we can make it nutritious if it contains multiple fruits and made at home, fresh and healthy…
So, here I am sharing with you all, the recipe of, HOME MADE MIX FRUIT JAM

HOME MADE MIX FRUIT JAM
INGREDIENTS

10 Strawberries
-
2 Apples
-
2 Banana
-
¼ kg black grapes
-
5 medium slices of pineapple
-
1 kg sugar
-
4 tsp. citric acid
-
¼ tsp. sodium benzoate (preservative)

Few strands of China Grass (Agar-Agar : for gelatin)

4-5 drops fruit essence
METHOD

Soak agar-agar strands in water.

Boil grapes and make pulp.

Make pulp of rest of the fruits separately in a grinder.

Now mix both the pulps.

Heat a nonstick pan, put the soaked agar agar with 1/2 cup water in low flame. Allow it to dissolve.

Now, add the fruit pulp into this and mix well. Keep stirring for 5-10 minutes.

Then, add sugar and stir. Keep stirring until its thick. Then, off the stove.

Add citric acid, sodium benzoate and fruit essence.

Mix and allow it to cool.

It will become thick jam.

Store in air tight container.

TIPS WHILE PREPARING MIXED FRUIT JAM
- You can choose any friut of your choice but don’t choose very juicy fruiys like orange etc.
